1. About Third Space

Third Space ("we", "us", "our") has been building professional content and AI systems since 2006. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at thirdspace.ink and any services we provide to you.

2. Services

We provide YouTube channel production, AI agent development, automation systems, and motion design services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate project agreement or proposal issued to you.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause or withhold deliverables until outstanding payments are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we use remain our intellectual property.

5. Revisions & Cancellations

Revision rounds are specified per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Cancellations must be made in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and is payable in full.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
